We are currently looking for a well-rounded Analytics Expert with an advanced knowledge and proficiency in data analysis, reporting and interpretation.

Your role will demand you overseeing measurement, reporting, performance, insights and optimization deliverables.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify the “why” or “so what” from a myriad of different data sources and will be able to act as subject matter expert and be a partner to both our internal teams as well as our day-to-day clients and their extended teams.

In this role you will:

■ Work closely with internal and client project teams to assess the campaign’s technical measurement and data requirements (e.g., campaign tagging, Web analytics coding). Therefore, growing credibility with clients by exceeding expectations and delivering best-in-class insights.

■ Monitor and analyze performance through campaign dashboards and readouts – determine the data requirements, extract and manipulate the data and develop a coherent story with clear, easy-to-follow conclusions with actionable recommendations in a concise, organized fashion.

■ Independently provide tactical and strategic analysis of single/multiple channels. You will use multi-touch attribution/digital attribution solutions to understand interactions, roles and conversion contributions between digital marketing channels.

■ Analyse data at every stage of the user journey to gain a better understanding of customers’ behaviour by segment and proactively make recommendations on how best to improve digital experience & conversion.

■ Assist in training of internal teams on how to read analytics reports accurately and in a meaningful manner.

Your Responsibilities

■ You are a T-Shaped marketer, with a strong specialisation in data & analytics.

■ You have an excellent understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics with expertise collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data and strong problem solving, technical analytic and communication skills.

■ You have a strong reporting and analytics skills, experience building reports from scratch.

■ You have a proven ability to translate data into actionable insight with a track record of leveraging data to support commercial decision making. A proven track record of processing large amounts of data is crucial.

■ You are very skilled at all aspects of analytics, with the ability and experience using a wide variety of tools and methods to provide unrivalled insight into current digital performance and make effective strategy recommendations on how to take a client’s successes to the next level.

You have strong experience using and reading analytics & tag management tools (e.g Google Marketing Platform) and present findings in an engaging & interactive format such as spreadsheets.

You are a team player who gets their energy from working with and supporting people – be it, clients or colleagues.

You are a self-starter who can easily integrate themselves into teams and processes at any stage, working towards a shared vision and goal(s).

You are someone with a deep understanding of performance metrics, but who can move past answering “how we’re doing” to “what’s going to move us forward”.

You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
