Digital Strategist.

We are currently looking for a seasoned Digital Strategist, someone who will develop, execute and measure solutions to meet clients’ brand & business objectives based on customer insights and data.

Your role demands an in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies, best practices and digital trends, understanding all channels in the digital ecosystem and how they interact with each other, both on and offline.

In this role you will:

■ Be responsible for the conceptualisation, planning, management, effective delivery and measurement of a wide range of growth marketing projects for our existing and new business clients ensuring they hit their critical numbers and get the results which matter. Meanwhile, you are constantly researching trends, techniques and tools you can quickly get your hands dirty with.

■ Liaise with clients to identify specific business challenges and, deliver strategic advice to help our clients grow and optimise their digital presence. This involves overseeing the day to day client management both in terms of communication and execution, ensuring clients business needs and expectations are met.

■ Interpret clients commercial/business goals and translate this to digital strategy recommendations. With your robust verbal and written communications skills, you will share your ideas and influence change both internally and with our clients.

■ Design and facilitate different types of growth marketing and experimentation workshops. You participate in internal and client brainstorming and planning workshops regularly.

■ Leverage data, research and your experience to support our business development efforts and identify opportunities for our organisation.

Your Responsibilities

■ You are a T-Shaped marketer, with a strong specialisation in full-funnel marketing.

■ You are a strong believer and practicer or experimentation, who isn’t scared of continually trying and learning new things in the name of progress.

■ You have a strong understanding of various digital channels and advertisement platforms, usability and execution approach.

■ You are detailed-oriented and have the ability to grasp complex topics in order to deliver creative solutions.

■ You are very skilled at all aspects of analytics, with the ability and experience using a wide variety of tools and methods to provide unrivalled insight into current digital performance and make effective strategy recommendations on how to take a client’s successes to the next level.

You have experience working with a wide range of clients, in both the B2B and B2C sectors. You are able to effectively communicate digital strategy to all audiences, digesting and breaking down complex recommendations into an easy-to-understand format.

You are a client-facing person who has a track record for defending, implementing and managing successful digital programs.

You are a team player who gets their energy from working with and supporting people – be it, clients or colleagues.

■ You are a self-starter who can easily integrate themselves into teams and processes at any stage, working towards a shared vision and goal(s).

You are someone with a deep understanding of performance metrics, but who can move past answering “how we’re doing” to “what’s going to move us forward”

You are fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
